Most people do not realise that not every cabinetry manufacturing machine is the same. Many older machines require the factory staff to manually finish the cabinets for edge banding or to give them a lacquer finish. This results in cabinets that do not have a perfect finish on closer inspection.

 At Little Giant Interiors, our Auckland factory runs automated machinery, including a German laser edge bander, to manufacture your cabinetry. Our designers simply must feed in your cabinetry design which is automatically manufactured and does not require any manual finishing, which gives your cabinets a clean, consistent finish. Our machines can glue the joints, spray the cabinets with lacquer paint, buff the units, trim the cabinets, as well as bind the edges automatically, which reduces the room for human error.
